Cavity Eye took part in Haitian Open House 2026, held from June 23–25 at Haitian’s European headquarters in Ebermannsdorf, Germany.
The event, organized under the motto “Level Up! Your Advantage”, focused on machine technology, digitalization, automation, and system expertise in modern injection molding. Its open house format provided a direct professional environment for technical discussions, live application insights, and partner technology presentations.
Cavity Eye was represented throughout all three days by Dombai Tibor and Robert Kurzbauer. Robert held a professional presentation introducing Cavity Eye’s measurement-based approach to injection molding, while Tibor supported the on-site technical discussions with visitors.
The main topics included hot runner balancing, short shot detection, machine integration, measurement-based training, and the reduction of Cost of Poor Quality. A key technical highlight was a live molding application where cavity pressure data was used to demonstrate how process deviations can be identified and better understood directly from inside the mold.
For Cavity Eye, the event was an excellent opportunity to show how cavity-level data can connect the mold, the injection molding machine, the hot runner system, and digital process monitoring.
Haitian Open House 2026 confirmed once again that the future of injection molding will rely not only on advanced machines, but also on high-quality process data and deeper process understanding — supporting more stable, transparent, and data-driven production.
